because I just signed up for the Rock-n-Roll Virginia Beach Half Marathon. Maybe I’ll run the whole thing like Phoebe from Friends:
The last time I ran was over Christmas because I’ve been a big baby in the snow and ice and I despise the treadmill. I plan to get back to running 3-4 miles before the official “training” begins.
Here’s to running the entire 13.1 miles in September-and hoping I don’t have a heat stroke! Runner friends, let me know of any training tips!
