I saw a version of the 1000 workout on Julie’s blog and it inspired me to create my own! It’s a little different from my last 1000 workout, but I loved it. It made the workout FLY by-but man, my arms were feelin’ the burn by the end!
I probably shouldn’t mention this while I’m telling you to be healthy and go try this workout, but it’s Ben & Jerry’s day at the office. I’m sure you can guess that I am participating since y’all know I never, ever pass up the chance to eat ice cream.
